ROLE DESCRIPTION

Base Zero is looking for a self-employed individual contractor to join our well-established business to operate a mobile rock climbing & bungee wall at an average of 3 events per week. Historic Revenue received is between 110k - $120k. All events are sourced and confirmed by our support office. The role has instant cash flow with a full calendar of events lined up with an immediate start.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Your key role is to tow the climbing wall trailer to the events arranged by our support team, take charge of the setup, and help deliver a smooth, enjoyable experience that families and kids will remember.

· A full calendar of events lined up for an immediate start provides instant cash flow.

· All events are hired based on prearranged confirmed quotes.

· You receive a percentage of hire plus travel and logistical incidentals.

· Our strength in Brisbane is expanding rapidly, with record growth.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

· Outdoors person who likes the independence of running their own small business.

· Own a vehicle with 3.5T towing capacity & hold an open driver's license.

· Minimum of 25 years of age to be covered under our company insurance.

· Have a hands-on, energetic personality, be fit and healthy.

· Blue Card —' Working With Children' application approved.

· Available to work on weekdays and weekends, and school holidays.

· Store the climbing wall at your premises or a local storage site.

· The events are generally within 100km of Brisbane, with some regional events.

Having a background in outdoor education, vacation care, sports & fitness, leisure, or support services will be highly regarded.
