We're seeking a passionate Wellbeing Manager to join our team in a full-time position and make a real impact across the Byron and Ballina Region, NSW

- Salary: $85,952 - $104,381 + 12% super (based on experience)
- Salary Packaging: Up to $15,899 tax-free annually + $2,650 in meal & entertainment benefits
- Travel reimbursement: 99c per km

π‘ A Day in the Life
- Coordinate tailored Home Care Package (HCP) plans and manage care delivery, budgets, and clinical support to ensure holistic, person-centred care at home.
- Advocate for clients in clinical settings and support transitions under the Support at Home program.
π― What you bring
- Strong case management skills (ideally in community/aged care), HCP assessment experience, and a goal-oriented, holistic approach
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement, valid driver's licence, and willingness to travel locally
- Current driver's licence and access to a registered, insured vehicle
- Willingness to travel up to 45 - 60 minutes

- MUST HAVE! Current Registered Nurse (AHPRA) with hands-on experience and a passion for supporting older adults to live independently
- Successful applicants must complete a National Police Check and provide proof of work rights in Australia
- Full COVID-19 vaccination highly desirable
