About the role

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed construction schedules using tools such as Tradify & MS Office Products

Work closely with site supervisors, engineers, suppliers and subcontractors to gather inputs and updates.

Provide regular progress updates to subcontractors, site supervisors and clients

Identify scheduling risks, delays, and mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.

Monitor project milestones, critical paths, and resourcing to ensure alignment with contractual requirements.

Contribute to planning sessions and project control meetings.

Ensure all scheduling activities comply with WHS and regulatory standards.

Continuously look for ways to improve the scheduling process and drive greater efficiency

What we're looking for

Demonstrated experience in a similar scheduling or planning role within the construction industry.

Solid understanding of construction sequencing, trades coordination, and site operations.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise across all levels.

High attention to detail and strong analytical/problem-solving abilities.

Flexible and adaptable to changing project requirements and deadlines
