• Hourly Rate: $78.02/hr + super
• Full-time, temporary contract: Initial 6-month contract + likely ongoing extension

Join a leading QLD State Government Department who are seeking an experienced Program Scheduler to support delivery teams in coordinating construction and maintenance projects.

This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient resource allocation across a diverse portfolio of works, including apprentice scheduling and program reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage schedules for multiple construction and maintenance projects using contemporary scheduling systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align apprentice placements with training requirements.
• Build and maintain detailed schedules for current and future pipeline projects, ensuring they align with time and resource requirements.
• Maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track project progress and resource utilisation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve scheduling and resourcing issues.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Demonstrated experience in construction scheduling and project delivery, ideally within a construction or infrastructure delivery environment!
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project andProject Web App (or equivalent)
• Primaver P6 experience also highly regarded
• Strong ability to interpret complex project documentation and data
• High-level interpersonal and communication skills
