Located in beautiful sunny Brisbane, QLD - due to the expansion of the business they are looking to hire an experienced BRANCH MANAGER to join the team focusing on the growth of the P&L and managing the business! Industry leaders in the HVAC arena this company works across domestic, residential and small commercial projects with a great market reputation.

About the role

Coming from an experienced Management background, you will have the opportunity to learn, grow and the tools to succeed on the job in this role as it is in a niche market. The work is varied but it does involve being at a desk in the office majority of the time. You must know how to use a computer, multi-task and do it well. This is not a delegation job, but a hands on role!

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to;

• Managing the P&L with aim to grow and develop this!
• Liaising with clients and customers
• Operations, planning, scheduling and management duties
• Financial management and operation oversight
• Compliance and reporting
• Staff management
• The ability to work well within a team and autonomously
• Working to tight deadlines to complete projects

Skills & experience

• Minimum of 2+ years experience specifically working in the same role with a proven track record! HVAC experience is preferred but NOT essential for this role!
• As the successful candidate you must have relavent Australian qualifications
• Great communication, a positive attitude and stability in previous roles.
• Please note - you must have Australian experience.

Reporting directly to the General Manager / Owner of the business,this business has been growing for the past 1-2 years and is getting bigger with more customer growth. There are currently 14 technicians in the team with various experience levels.
