Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA), goal-focused outcome measurement and reporting.

Home & Living assessments, support and transition planning for a person's current or proposed residences (private homes, shared houses, SIL/SDA/ILO settings).

Assistive technology: assessment, prescription, trial and funding justification (low → high tech).

Activities of daily living (ADL) rehab: personal care, meal preparation, household tasks and return-to-routine training etc.

Carer and support-worker coaching, multidisciplinary liaison and capacity building for natural supports.

We want to support you in doing your best work.

A bit about you:

You’re an OT who’s confident in your practice and foundational skills, but you're curious about what's next and values collaboration and reflection.

You know what you enjoy clinically—and what you don’t.

You value honesty, flexibility, and doing work that actually matters.

You’re open to shaping something, not just slotting in!

A few things to know up front (because transparency matters to us):

We don’t have a clinic space (yet)—we’re mobile and community-based. But what we lack in bricks and mortar, we make up for in connection: regular team days, shared resources, and always someone to message when you need to debrief, celebrate, or vent.

We’re still small—but growing.
You’re not stepping into a fully formed machine. You’re helping shape what Colab becomes. Your ideas, your input, and your fingerprints will be all over this place (in the best way).

We’re values-led and quality-driven.
We’ve said no to referrals that didn’t align with our ethics—including when asked to stretch the truth on reports. We don’t fudge the facts, and we won’t ask you to either.

We prioritise clinical depth over clinical volume.
That means realistic KPIs, space for reflection, and backing our OTs to do work that’s thoughtful and effective—not rushed.

We’ll be real with you, and we’ll expect the same.
