Occupational Therapist – NDIS Caseload
Location: Perth, WA
Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time / Casual – whatever suits you
Salary: $85,000 – $130,000 + superannuation + bonus + travel allowance

What We Offer
Competitive salary $85,000 – $130,000 + super + bonus + travel allowance.
Bonus structure: KPI of 5 billable hours per day — if you achieve above KPI, you receive a bonus.
Tools provided – company laptop and phone.
Professional Development:
$1,000 annual PD allowance.
1 day paid PD leave.
$5,000 annual allowance for external supervision.
Ongoing training in complex home modifications.
Flexible working arrangements – school hours, part-time or full-time.
Strong admin support so you can focus on therapy.
About the Role
You will support NDIS participants with a variety of needs by:
Delivering functional capacity assessments and clear reports.
Prescribing equipment and assistive technology.
Providing intervention to build daily living, community access, and independence.
Supporting and advocating for participants to achieve their goals.
Developing specialist knowledge in complex home modification assessments.
About You
We welcome both new graduates and experienced Occupational Therapists. What matters most is your mindset and values.
You will bring:
A proactive and positive mindset.
A genuine desire to help NDIS participants achieve their goals.
Great communication and organisational skills.
Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
Current or eligible AHPRA registration.
Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain).
