Come and be part of our growing Perth Allied Health Hub! We're searching for a therapist who is keen to help regularly supervise and coach regular small cohorts of allied health placement students and employee student support workers while also working with NDIS participants out in the community. We're collaborating with universities to provide quality student learning experiences, and training support workers who are studying allied health to be great therapists!

Therapists will have their own NDIS community caseload, at a reasonable target of 3 sessions per day. The caseload is approx 10-20% supervision and 80% therapy with time allocated for admin (such as preparation and reporting).

We're aiming to grow into a large well-rounded allied health team working collaboratively to both supervise university students as well as improve the lives of NDIS participants.

Flexibility:

Work between 4 or 5 days per week according to your preference with flexi-time arrangements + working from home

Full-Time Wages

Total Remuneration Package $85,000 to $120,000 including:

$85,000 Minimum Base Salary, (Seniors: $100,000+)

Typically $6,000 to $14,000 Travel Reimbursement (travel dependent)

PLUS Tiered bonus system, average caseloads once hub is up and running are $5,000-$20,000 but the bonuses are uncapped!

PLUS ~$1000 Leave Loading

PLUS 12.0% Superannuation ($11,000+)

PLUS $2,000 Annual External Training and Equipment Reimbursement

AND

Leave:

20 Days Annual Leave

10 Days Paid Personal and Carer’s Leave

+ 4 Paid Wellness Days (Pro Rata if not full-time)

+ 1 Day Birthday Leave

Fair Billables

Our therapists aim for an average of 3 or more community sessions a day, which easily results in achieving the required billables each day. The time reserved for prep, note writing and goal reporting allows our therapists the chance to provide quality services.

Caseload Autonomy!

At Ascend we try and minimise the travel you have to do when possible, so after a while we can get your caseloads in similar areas and get you focusing on therapy, not driving. We empower the therapist to book sessions in for times that make sense to them and the participant, and we'll give a helping hand when you need it

Work from Home or Office!

Our therapists have the option of working from home whenever they need, or they can attend our office and collab space when they're not delivering services in the community. We've got a lovely office in the Perth CBD where our therapists get together to collaborate, share knowldge, run trainings and supervision, and enjoy everyone's company.

Therapist Training Support Program

Professional Supervision (OR peer learning) according to your needs. Yearly each therapist gets plenty of training opportunities including attending (including virtually if necessary)
