Licensed Capacity: 96 places
Casual Hourly Rate: $35.35 – $43.53 (WT 2.1 to 3.4 + 25% casual loading)

At Busy Bees at Shepparton, we are passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment for children to grow and thrive. With space for 96 children, our centre is designed to foster meaningful learning experiences, strong relationships, and a supportive community.

We are looking for Casual Educators to join our dedicated team and bring flexibility, enthusiasm, and warmth to our service.

About the Role

Step into different rooms and support permanent staff with routines and transitions

Assist in delivering play-based learning aligned with the EYLF

Be available for flexible shifts Monday to Friday, between 6:30am and 6:30pm

Foster strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Bring energy, initiative, and adaptability to each day

What You’ll Need

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)

Current Working with Children Check (Employee – VIC)

First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification

Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting training

Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to new environments

A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development
