Hourly Rate: $28.28 – $34.83 (WT 2.1 to 3.4)

About the Role

As a Full-Time Educator, you will:

Create and deliver engaging learning experiences based on the EYLF and NQS

Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and your team

Contribute to documentation, planning, and reflective practice

Promote a safe, inclusive, and positive environment

Collaborate with a team of passionate educators to support children’s growth

What You’ll Need

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent)

Working with Children Check (Employee) – VIC

First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training (HLTAID012 or equivalent)

Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting certificate

A strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS

Previous experience in early learning (preferred)

Availability to work full-time on rotating shifts (Monday to Friday, between 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM)
