ASSISTANTE REAL ESTATE - TRUST ACCOUNTANT

Think Cloud Solutions is looking for someone who has worked in the Real Estate Industry and can provide support and assistance to our Trust Account Team and our Operations Manager.

About You

Honest, reliable and a supportive person, willing to learn all facets of each Trust Accounting role within the Business.

The Role

We are expanding our team of Trust Accountants who work exclusively in the Real Estate Industry.

This position is full time - Monday to Friday. 8.00am to 4.00pm.

Extensive training will be provided so that you can undertake daily trust accounting services for example: daily receipting through to bank reconciliations, invoice entry, processing of Creditor, Owner and Agency payments for our clients who operate throughout Australia.

Think Cloud Solutions only utilises Cloud Based Real Estate software.

Required

Must have Trust Accounting experience in Property Tree and/or PropertyMe.

Preferable knowledge of Agentbox and VaultRe.

Exceptional computer skills.

Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

High level of attention to detail & accuracy.

Able to work autonomously with excellent time management skills.

Proven ability to work with confidential/sensitive information.

Work independently and in a team environment.
