We're working with a national construction contractor with a strong reputation for delivering complex industrial and infrastructure projects in is currently seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join their team on a high-profile, industrial redevelopment in Archerfield.

The Role:

Contract Administration for the project across Civil and Commercial Construction

Procurement and subcontractor engagement across both civil and building scopes

Reviewing, negotiating, and preparing contracts and variations

Budget tracking, cost forecasting, and claims management

Supporting project reporting, risk management, and compliance

About you:

Minimum 3 years experience as a Contract Administrator within the commercial construction and/or civils sector.

Strong understanding of end-to-end contract administration, procurement, tendering, progress claims, variations & cost tracking

Solid communication skills with the ability to manage subcontractors and build positive working relationships

Possess Construction related tertiary qualification, ideally in Construction Management.
