Senior Contracts Administrator
Design & Build Recruitment is searching for a talented and motivated Contracts Administrator wanting to step up into a Senior Contracts Administrator position OR an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator looking for their next opportunity.

The successful candidate will work within an established team on new build project worth $100M. This project and all future projects will be based in Brisbane. You will even have the opportunity to work on some of this clients own developments. If you have a passion and proven ability in Contracts Administration and love the Commercial construction industry, this role and company is for you.

Role Overview:
As a Senior Contracts Administrator with our client, you will play a pivotal role in ECI duties right through to delivery.

• Reviewing and negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth project delivery.
• Monitoring contract performance, variations, and claims to ensure timely resolution and minimize risks.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and records throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of contract management processes and procedures.
• Mentoring and coaching Junior Contracts Administrators

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator in the commercial construction industry.
• Brisbane based.
• Experience and desire to run multi residential high rise projects.
