About the Role

We're looking for an energetic and inspiring Showroom Manager to take charge of Oakleigh - the crown jewel in the business. You'll be leading a team of around 15-20 during peak periods, driving both performance and culture in a fast-paced, highly rewarding environment.

This role needs someone who thrives under pressure, brings contagious energy, and has a genuine passion for people and service. It's about more than just selling - it's about celebrating life's biggest moments with each and every bride.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and motivate a large showroom team to achieve their full potential.
