Food service or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential for this role.

Now, we're on the lookout for a Store Manager with a passion for people, pastries, and positivity!

Management experience with teams of 10+ people is required for this position.

About the Role

As Store Manager, you'll be the one who keeps our stores running smoother than a custard-filled donut. You'll split your time between leading your team on the floor (around 35 hours per week) and keeping things in shape behind the scenes with admin tasks (around 3 hours).

This is a hands-on leadership role across two stores in Melbourne's South East. You'll bring the energy, inspire your team, and make sure every shift runs like a dream – from rostering and stock control to smashing sales targets and creating an unbeatable customer experience.

Lead, inspire, and motivate your team to deliver outstanding customer service

Create a welcoming, energetic store vibe that customers love

Drive sales week-on-week while keeping costs under control

Smash KPIs like a jam donut under pressure

Get stuck in on the floor while balancing rostering, wages, and stock management

Work flexibly across weekdays and weekends to connect with your whole team

What You'll Bring

Proven leadership experience in FMCG, retail, or a related field

Strong people skills – able to motivate your team and handle challenges with ease

A passion for customer service and creating unforgettable experiences

Experience in sales management and achieving store KPIs

Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills

A hands-on approach – no job too big or too small

Knowledge of workplace health & safety requirements

Australian permanent residency or citizenship is required
