Chefs (All Levels) & Sous Chef

We're expanding the team at The Avenue, Chatswood looking for talented, motivated Chefs (all levels) and a Sous Chef to join our kitchen.

About the Venue

Located at 465 Victoria Avenue, Chatswood NSW (corner of Brown & Railway Streets, right next to Chatswood Station), The Avenue is a stylish European-inspired cocktail bar, restaurant, and event space.

Opening Hours

• Mon-Fri: 10am till late
• Sat: 4pm till late

What's on Offer

• Sous Chef salary: $80-85k+super
• Competitive pay for all chef levels
• immediate start available
• Mostly Monday-Friday roster (occasional weekends)

We're Looking For

• Chefs at all levels (Commis, Demi, Chef de Partie Sous Chef)
• Previous experience in busy, high-volume kitchens Passion for food, presentation & service Strong teamwork, positive attitude, and readiness。

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes to venue standards Support menu execution and special Uphold food safety and hygiene standards Assist Head Chef and team during service
• Contribute ideas to menu development
