A bit about the role

As our Data Quality Lead, you’ll be the champion for turning customer data into one of our most trusted assets. You’ll design and deliver the frameworks, tools and processes that keep our data accurate, consistent and reliable.

Working closely with teams across the business, you’ll solve complex data challenges at their root, embed best practices, and create a clear, unified view of our customers. This is a role where you’ll make a real impact, driving smarter decisions, improving customer outcomes, and shaping the way we use data for the future.

What you’ll deliver

  • Practical frameworks, tools and standards that improve the accuracy, consistency and reliability of customer data.
  • Clear data quality metrics and dashboards that give the business actionable insights.
  • Root cause fixes and sustainable solutions to data issues, preventing repeat problems.
  • Strong collaboration across business and technical teams to embed data quality into everyday practice.
  • A culture of continuous improvement, keeping customer data trusted and ready for decision-making.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience in managing and improving customer data quality, with a solid background in data management, governance, and using tools like CRM, ERP or MDM systems.
  • A sharp analytical mindset, able to spot issues, solve complex data problems, and put long-lasting fixes in place.
  • Practical skills with SQL, Excel and data quality tools, plus confidence using reporting platforms like Power BI, Tableau or Looker.
  • A collaborative style, you enjoy working with different teams, bringing people together, and making data quality part of everyday business.
  • An understanding of privacy requirements and best practice standards, along with a commitment to integrity and continuous improvement.
  • Willingness to undergo pre-employment background checks including National Criminal History Check, Working with Children Check and Eligibility to Work check.
  • A curious, collaborative, and inclusive community mindset.
