Our client is a not for profit organisation supporting those in need. They are currently seeking a talented Marketing Data Analyst to join their dynamic team and support their eCommerce function with data-driven insights and strategic analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyse, and interpret marketing and eCommerce performance data to identify opportunities and risks.
• Maintain and update dashboards, performance reports, and analytics tools with current and accurate data.
• Provide guidance to marketing, eCommerce, and creative teams based on data insights, influencing channel strategies and digital experience enhancements.
• Liaise with external partners to ensure accurate campaign tracking and reporting implementation.
• Ensure data collection, storage, and usage comply with relevant data protection laws and internal privacy standards.

Required Skills:

• Solid understanding of digital marketing and eCommerce metrics and levers.
• Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Power BI, SQL, and Excel.
• Experience with data visualisation tools and dashboard creation.
• Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail
