Are you an organised, self-motivated individual who thrives in a calm, low-interaction work environment? We are a boutique Accounting Firm in the Brisbane CBD looking for a Part Time (20hours/week spread over 4 or 5 days) Administrative Assistant to support a small, experienced team in a quiet office setting.

Responsibilities in this role include:

Being the first point of contact for clients, including telephone calls and emails - developing and maintaining client relationships

Monitor and manage ASIC and ATO portals, forwarding relevant correspondence to clients

Diary management and booking of appointments

Greeting clients attending appointments

Running errands for the office

Client invoicing

Client payments

Collection, Logging & Distribution of Mail

Filing & Client File Maintenance

Archiving

Stationery stock take & ordering

Help maintain a clean and organised workspace, including shared areas such as the kitchen

Skills and personal attributes:

Ideally worked in a similar role in an Accounting or similar firm

Highly organised

Reliability is essential

Excellent attention to detail

Able to prioritise workflow

Initiative skills

Ownership of work

Have excellent verbal and written communication, including strong word and excel skills

Experience with MYOB AEPM software a plus

Be a permanent resident or Australian Citizen
