About the role:

Take charge of coordinating marketing campaigns for the sale of development sites, office towers, retail shops, and industrial warehouses. Work closely with a savvy sales and leasing team to manage photoshoots, digital marketing, and campaign collateral.

• Arrange and attend property photoshoots
• Write and edit copy for listings and marketing
• Upload listings, open times, and create auction packs
• Collate, edit, and post paid and organic social media content
• Prepare brochures, proposals, signboards, and EDMs

Experience required:

• Marketing coordinator experience
• Valid NSW Certificate of Registration or willing to obtain
• Highly organised with sharp attention to detail
• Proficient with Canva and preparing social media content
• InDesign experience highly desirable
• Valid NSW drivers license and reliable car
