We’re on the lookout for a passionate and driven Venue Manager to take the lead at one of our dynamic hospitality venues within Melbourne Airport.

Your Role
As Venue Manager, you'll take full ownership of one of our venues, working closely with a supportive leadership team and experienced colleagues. Your mission? To deliver outstanding service, drive operational excellence, and build a motivated, high-performing team.
Tasks & responsibilities:
Leading by Example: Foster a culture of excellence in service, hospitality, and teamwork
Ensuring Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly
Team Development: Recruit, train, motivate, and lead staff, ensuring top-tier performance
Collaborative Decision-Making: Work closely with chefs, bartenders, and front-of-house staff to create a cohesive team
What You Bring:
Proven experience in restaurant management, with a passion for food and hospitality
Excellent leadership and communication skills
A proactive, positive, and solution-oriented attitude
Strong business acumen and the ability to manage multiple priorities
A love for creating memorable guest experiences and leading a team to success
Requirements:
2 years' experience in a Food & Beverage, Cafe, or Bar management role
Food Safety Supervisor and RSA Certificate (essential)
Passion and customer focus: we expect you to have a genuine passion and interest in food and understand that our customers are number one
Leadership: you must have strong leadership skills
