About the role

This isn’t your run-of-the-mill CA gig. You’ll be joining an established builder with money in the bank, projects tendered at today’s rates (so no losing margins), and a rep for always paying trades on time.

We’re talking a $150m+ high-rise with double basement, supported by a solid pipeline of upcoming work. You’ll be backed by a Project Manager with 10+ years’ runs on the board, another full-time CA on site, plus plenty of office support from senior commercial staff.

No red tape, no admin overload – just systems that work, good people around you, and a company that rewards loyalty with proper bonuses and reviews.

What’s on offer

$140K – $200K (depending on experience)

Strictly Monday to Friday, no weekend grind

What we’re looking for

At least 3 years’ local CA experience on Commercial or Multi-Res projects

Relevant construction degree or qualification

Detail-focused, reliable, career-driven

Someone who turns up with a good attitude every day

Confident communicator with trades, consultants, and clients alike

Keen for stability and progression – not just another short-term stop
