CNC Laser Operator

About Our Client:
Our client is a well-established business producing high-quality products, with a strong focus on developing their team. They are located in the Woodcroft area.

The Role:
Working 6 am to 2:30 pm Monday to Friday in a permanent role, you will operate the CNC laser, as well as a counterbalance forklift when required (if licenced). You will hit the ground running using your previous CNC laser experience, but will eventually be trained up on a range of other CNC machines.

Each day you will:

• Set and operate the CNC laser
• Ensure quality using regular checks and a final inspection
• Operate a counterbalance forklift (if licenced)
• Ensure your workspace is tidy through general housekeeping
• Assist in other areas of the business as needed

Selection Criteria:

The successful candidate will possess at a minimum the following experience and attributes:

• Previous experience operating a CNC laser is essential
• Current LF forklift ticket is strongly preferred
• You will be reliable, punctual, and a true team player
• Great attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
