We are partnering with one of Perth's leading private property development companies who have proven long term success in the delivery of projects in residential and industrial land, as well as mixed use built form projects.

In line with ongoing growth at both a project acquisition and activation level, as well as increased headcount, they require and experienced residential land development professional to help guide team members and projects alongside their existing leadership team.

You will be tasked with responsibility for a portfolio of Masterplanned estates in the Perth Metro area, along with allocated development staff. You will work closely with the broader business across leadership, finance, administration, sales and marketing to help deliver on overall business outcomes, whist staying close to the coal face at a project level yourself.

Autonomy and authority will be given, and increased as you prove yourself internally, with a longer term view of you stepping into a Project/Development Director role.

We are looking to speak to property professionals that meet the below criteria:

• passion for managing people and creating a culture of performance and accountability.
• extensive land development experience across the full life cycle allowing you to successfully manage a portfolio of projects and people.
• be a commercially minded manager with a desire to grow your own career and be part of the senior leadership team in years to come.
• have appropriate interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder relationships within the business, related external parties including investors and partners alike.
• have successfully led teams in a similar role with at least 5 years as SDM or PD.
• overall industry experience of more than 15 years post graduation of a property related degree.
• ongoing self improvement and growth focus, as well as an active network gained by attending industry events (UDIA and PCA) with any committee roles seen as highly favourable.
