Are you an experienced media planner and buyer ready to hit the ground running? This is an exciting opportunity to not only lead end-to-end media planning, buying, and performance tracking across traditional channels, but to provide excellent Account Management to some of Australia’s most high-profile clients.
In this pivotal role, you'll take full ownership of campaigns from brief to execution, working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure every media dollar is working hard. You’ll thrive in a supportive, team-first environment that values innovation, efficiency, and results.
This role is on site, 5 days a week.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead the media planning and buying process across TV, radio, and outdoor
Build strong relationships with clients providing excellent Account Service expertise
Own client briefs and execute high-performing, integrated media strategies.
Negotiate and trade with media partners to deliver the best value and results.
Track performance and optimise campaigns using BCC tools — post analysis, holdings, and more.
Build strong relationships with clients, media reps, and internal teams.
Manage budgets accurately and ensure smooth billing and financial processes.
Present work with confidence — showcasing results, value, and strategic thinking.
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience in a media planning or buying role across both traditional media channels
TV buying (BCC) experience is essential working closely with the digital team
Proficiency with BCC systems and post-campaign analysis.
Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
Strong understanding of the Australian media landscape and existing media relationships.
A proactive, professional, and collaborative attitude.
A passion for media, and a drive to keep improving and evolving.

Required:
Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in a media planning or buying role across traditional media channels
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field (or equivalent experience)
Must have unrestricted rights to work in Australia
Australian experience ESSENTIAL
Demonstrated experience in client relationship management and account service delivery
Salary is dependent on experience and includes super.
