Key Requirements:

Ultimately, looking for a PM based in Melbourne that is looking to relocate to Perth. The ideal candidate would have been to WA previously either for work or pleasure and sees Perth as a good long-term fit for them and their family.

• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management & Economics, Engineering or equivalent
• Proven experience in a Project Management role working on new build, D&C projects $20M+
• Looking for a PM that is currently working for a commercial builder in Melbourne & is looking to relocate to WA.
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation and leadership skills
• Full Australian Working Rights
• Available to start work in the next 6-8 weeks.
