We're scouting for a Restaurant Manager – the leader who'll inspire our FOH team of waitstaff, hosts and runners to deliver flawless service every shift. This role reports directly to the Assistant Venue Manager.

Key Plays:

Lead, train and mentor the FOH team through our Steps of Service – ensuring every guest feels like an MVP.

Build a culture of energy, teamwork and accountability that's always game-day ready.

Oversee service on the floor and in the pass, making sure every plate leaves the kitchen to standard.

Deliver smooth operations across bookings, guest flow, and service execution.

Drive service quality and financial performance through strong oversight and decision making.

What You'll Bring:

2+ years' hospitality leadership experience (restaurant or pub setting ideal).

Previous experience training FOH teams and managing the pass.

Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in high-volume venues.

Strong operational skills – rosters, floor management, guest experience.

RSA, RSG, TAB Basics & Advanced.
