The Role

An exciting opportunity has become available to join Lagoon Dining as an Assistant Restaurant Manager. We are looking for someone driven and motivated, who has a passion for creating memorable guest experiences that are second to none.

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be supporting all the duties of the Restaurant Manager as well as motivating and driving the venue to success.

Working side by side with our team you will:

Have a strong focus on delivering high standards and exceptional service standards.

Highly adaptable and able to perform in busy service periods.

Exceptional organisational and time management skills.

Hands-on and operational.

Previous wine and beverage experience within a similar high-end restaurant environment

Develop the skills of the staff around product knowledge, service skills, team culture and guest relationships.

Managing day-to-day operations with sophistication and passion.
