About the role
We are seeking an experienced Fabricator to join our team at Caddy Storage Marketing. This is a full-time role based in Blacktown, NSW. As a Fabricator, you will be responsible for manufacturing and assembling high-quality metal products to support our growing business.
What you'll be doing
Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications to fabricate a variety of metal components and assemblies
Operate various metal cutting, forming, and welding equipment with precision and care
Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely completion of projects
Identify and resolve any quality or production issues
Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to all safety protocols
Provide input and suggestions to improve manufacturing processes and workflows
What we're looking for
Demonstrated experience as a Fabricator, with a strong background in metal fabrication and welding
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics
Skilled in the use of metal cutting, forming, and welding equipment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to continuous improvement
Knowledge of relevant workplace health and safety regulations
Qualification in Welding or a related trade would be highly regarded
