About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Welder/Fabricator/Fitter to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

The standard working hours for this role is on a full-time basis but subject to a 12-month contract. After 3 months, permanency may be offered based on performance and values alignment.

Key Responsibilities

MIG/TIG welding and general fabrication

Structural steel and metalwork assembly and installation

Reading and interpreting technical drawings and plans

On-site fitting and welding as required

Collaborating with team members to complete projects to a high standard

Occasional travel for projects outside the Riverina region

What We’re Looking For

Trade qualification in welding, fabrication, or fitting

Proven experience in fabrication and/or site work

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Strong commitment to safety and quality

Current driver’s licence (essential)

White Card and forklift licence (preferred)

Willingness to travel for short periods when required

What We Offer

$36–$40 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)

Superannuation and penalty/overtime rates
