Retainer + commission. Genuine opportunity to earn $160,000+ PA.

To be successful in this position you will need to demonstrate the following:

First and Foremost: be a proven, highly successful, talanted marketer with a desire to take ownership of the national marketing of the Luxury Auto-Trail Brand.

Secondly, want to become a topgun salesperson and enjoy huge sales commisions

Industry experience in motorhome, caravan area would be highly advantageous

Punctual and extremely well organised.

Excellent communication skills.

Impeccable customer service skills.

Ability to keep product knowledge up to date.

Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload.

A positive, friendly attitude.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a busy retail environment.

Professional and well presented.

Competent computer ability.

Duties in this role include but are not limited to:

Create exciting and modern marketing campaigns across digital, socal and print medias.

Be trained from scratch in the art of the sale.

Selling new and used motorhomes.

Meeting and greeting customers.

Assisting with and following up customer enquiries by phone and email.

Completing all sales paperwork as required.

Liaising with various departments to facilitate the delivery of product sold.

Ensuring the sales yard and motorhomes displayed are neat and tidy.

The position will be based at Elite RV's upmarket Showroom at Burleigh Heads on the Gold Coast
