Role & Responsibilities:

• Letting & vetting of sub-contractor packages
• Working on a $30mil Aged care project based in Mount Waverly
• Liaise with suppliers and sub-contractors and stakeholders
• Negotiate agreements striving for win win outcomes
• Tracking of project expenditure against budget
• Responsible for progress claims, project cash flow & forecasting

Your Background:

• Must have 3+ years experience with a commercial builder
• Main Contractor experience is a must
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Aged Care experience is ideal
• Display the right attitude, ability to learn and grow
• Able to work in a team environment and drive outcomes

You will receive:

• $120k - $170k package
• Excellent mentoring and gain valuable experience
• Strong Pipeline working with a National Commercial Developer/Builder
• Variety of projects to further your reputation in the industry
