With 20+ projects in full swing, we’re expanding and seeking a top-tier Project Manager (Luxury Homes) to join us on our journey toward an ASX main board listing.

Key Responsibilities

Lead luxury home projects end-to-end: initiation → handover

Own program, budget, scope, quality, and reporting

Coordinate design, construction, procurement, clients, and authorities

Run tenders; negotiate and administer contracts

Identify risks, clear bottlenecks, and hit milestones

Enforce QA/QC and WHS; oversee commissioning, PC, and DLP

Key Requirements

Current Builder Licence (NSW preferred; VIC DB-U / QLD QBCC advantageous)

Fluent Mandarin; comfortable liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients/suppliers

Familiarity with Chinese-sourced materials and suppliers, and alignment to NCC/Australian Standards

5+ years’ PM experience in high-end residential

Degree in Construction/Engineering/Architecture (or similar)

Strong cost control and scheduling (e.g., MS Project/Primavera)

Excellent vendor/stakeholder management and communication
