The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity for a skilled Site Foreman to take a leading role in managing dynamic construction projects from the ground up. About the Role

As a site-based role you will be responsible for the following:

Day to day running of the site

Weekly job program meetings with your business owners/client

Planning and milestone management

Scheduling and supervising trades onsite

Ordering materials according to programs to ensure the site runs smoothly

Taking ownership of site safety management, ensuring WHS compliance on site administration, record keeping and quality control

Leading and mentoring a young and enthusiastic team

About You

Passionate: You have a strong passion for residential construction and have several years’ experience in the industry and are ready to join a growing dynamic team

Communicator > You are someone who is comfortable dealing with internal and external personnel at all levels, including but not limited to subcontractors, clients and architect, with a natural ability to leverage your influencing skills and abilities to build trusted relationships

Go-getter – You are a natural leader and motivator who is results focused, with an ability to drive your team and subcontractors to achieve program milestones.

You have a Trade Qualification or equivalent, preferred Carpentry
