Your day as a Reconciliation Action Plan Officer
Your typical day-to-day work will include driving the implementation of the department’s Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) to achieve its strategic goals through sustainable actions, strong partnerships, and greater cultural understanding.
Treasury is committed to building a culturally safe workplace where First Nations people can achieve their career aspirations. The RAP puts these commitments into practice and empowers leaders and colleagues to embed the principles of reconciliation into their day-to-day work.
Proactively building strong relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders is paramount, as is your contribution to improving the delivery of outcomes across the NSW Government through effective communication, collaboration, and advocacy with Treasury teams and agency counterparts.
You will be joining our small Reconciliation Branch and will be working within the Office of the Secretary and Ministerial Services Division. Read more about your future Group and Division.

Eligibility
To be eligible to apply for ongoing employment at NSW Treasury, you must be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident of Australia.
