One is a leading commercial builder delivering high-quality fit-outs, refurbishments, and new builds across Melbourne. The other is a reputable residential builder with a strong pipeline of medium-density townhouses.

Both businesses have long-term work secured and are offering exciting opportunities for Site Managers to join their growing teams.

Key responsibilities:

Oversee all day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to budget

Manage subcontractors and site staff while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance

Coordinate schedules, resolve on-site issues, and ensure smooth delivery of projects

Report regularly to Project Managers and senior leadership on progress and performance

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Site Manager in either commercial or residential construction

Trade background or tertiary qualifications in Construction Management/Building highly regarded

Strong leadership and communication skills with proven ability to manage diverse teams

Solid understanding of building codes, OHS requirements, and construction processes

Ability to drive outcomes while maintaining a focus on quality and safety
