We are currently seeking a Accounts Assistant to form apart of our team within our business.
Australian work rights are required for this position.
The successful applicant will need to be able to multitask their time well, prioritize their workload, be willing to assist other administration staff if/when required, and be well-presented & comfortable when greeting visitors to the office & warehouse.
Duties & Responsibilities: -
Processing supplier invoices – MYOB AccountRight and Simpro
Assisting with Accounts Receivables
General office duties
Emailing customers, suppliers, and internal staff
Answering phones occasionally when covering reception
Skills & Experience: -
Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook) – essential
Intermediate level Microsoft Excel proficiency with formulas is required
MYOB AccountRight – desirable
Strong organizational skills - essential
Good written & verbal communication
Attention-to-detail & the ability to multi-task
Enthusiasm & willingness to learn
Minimum 2+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience is required
Certificate III/IV in Accounting or equivalent qualification required
This is a Full-time position between 8 am – 4 pm, located in Canning Vale. Days can be discussed to suit the right candidate. School hours can be also considered.
Immediate start is available for the right candidate.
