About the Business
Our client is a dynamic residential volume builder based on the Southside of Brisbane and specialising in new build project housing.
About the Position
Currently an opportunity exists for a motivated Senior Residential Draftsperson to join the team! Working in a team of 4 you will be responsible for the following:
Responsibilities will include:
Development of master files and templates in ArchiCAD
Contributing to product development
Managing workflow and checking of drawings
Producing documentation in preliminary through to construction drawing phase
What we're looking for:
Minimum 5 years residential drafting experience
ArchiCAD experience essential
Volume builder experience essential
Strong knowledge of Building and Development codes
