About the Role

We currently have a vacancy for a Senior Lead Energy Rater - Residential to join the team, in this position you'll:

Lead complex residential energy rating projects, setting the standard for technical excellence.

Combine hands-on project delivery with strategic input on department operations and client relationships.

Be responsible for managing complex client relationships

Translate technical complexity into clear client solutions

Be involved with mentoring talented professionals

About You

Along with a strong work ethic and previous experience within the sector you'll have/be:

Minimum 5 years of dedicated residential energy rating experience

Full Australian working rights or be a permanent resident

Expert-level HERO software proficiency (ability to model complex residential designs and troubleshoot technical issues)

A deep understanding of NCC Volume 2 (VURBs preferred, but not essential), and Victorian regulations

Current NatHERS accreditation (valid and up-to-date with all required continuing professional development)

The ability to translate complex technical information into clear client solutions

Natural leadership and mentoring capabilities

A proven track record of managing complex client relationships

Consistent achievement of project deadlines with precision
