About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior SEO Specialist to join the dynamic digital marketing team at Q Agency Australia. As a Senior SEO Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving the search engine optimisation strategy and implementation for our diverse portfolio of clients. This full-time position is based in our modern office in Penrith, NSW.

What you'll be doing

Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for SEO growth

Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and visibility

Optimise website content, structure, and technical elements to enhance search engine performance

Monitor and analyse SEO performance, providing regular reports and insights to clients

Collaborate with the content and web development teams to ensure seamless integration of SEO best practices

Keep up to date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes, proactively adapting strategies as needed

Provide SEO training and guidance to the broader marketing team

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SEO, with a proven track record of delivering measurable results

Excellent understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and technical SEO

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform SEO strategies

Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush

Exceptional communication skills to present complex SEO concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Experience in managing SEO projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams

Passion for staying up to date with the latest SEO trends and best practices
