About Us
Açaí Affair is a premium self-serve açaí and frozen yogurt brand, offering customers a fun and fresh experience with a mix of "nice & naughty" toppings, protein smoothies, and healthy treats. After successfully opening two stores and with our third on the way, we're looking for a motivated and passionate Store Manager to join our growing team.

The Role
As Store Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store, leading a team, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and ensuring smooth running of all aspects of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, train, and motivate a team of casual and part-time staff

Ensure outstanding customer service and in-store experience

Manage rosters, stock control, ordering, and daily operations

Drive store performance and meet sales targets

Implement food safety and hygiene standards

Handle staff performance, coaching, and incident reporting

Work closely with management on promotions and marketing campaigns

About You

Minimum 2 years of management experience in hospitality/retail (food service highly regarded)

Strong leadership and communication skills

Passion for customer service and creating positive experiences

Ability to manage staff performance and resolve issues calmly

Organized, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays including early mornings and evenings as required

Current Food Safety Supervisor certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)

Must have unrestricted rights to work in Australia

Experience with point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills for rostering and stock management
