🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Support the Restaurant Manager and Team in day-to-day operations

Lead, motivate, and train front-of-house staff

Ensure outstanding service and guest satisfaction at all times

Manage reservations, floor plans, and table turns to maximise revenue

Oversee health, safety, and hygiene compliance

Handle customer feedback with professionalism and care

Contribute to team scheduling, stock control, and reporting

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role in a high-end restaurant

Strong leadership and people-management skills

A passion for premium seafood and hospitality excellence

Calm under pressure, with a very sharp eye for detail

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
