An exciting opportunity has opened up for a confident and capable Senior Accounts Payable professional to join a growing construction and property business in a hands-on leadership role.

While the title may read Senior Accounts Payable Officer, this role offers genuine ownership and seniority, with visibility across the finance function and direct engagement with project and site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage full-function accounts payable across multiple construction projects
• Oversee AP reporting, supplier reconciliations, and monthly construction spend reports
• Supervise and mentor AP team members to ensure efficiency and accuracy
• Liaise with project managers and site teams to ensure accurate and timely approvals
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and accounting procedures
• Support CFO and finance leadership with month-end processes and reporting
