Our client is a market-leading enterprise with a national footprint, supporting thousands of employees across retail stores, warehouses, distribution centres, and corporate offices.
They are currently investing in a large-scale technology uplift program and need an experienced EUC Manager to lead one of the biggest end-user computing environments in Australia.
With 10,000+ endpoints spanning Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and specialised hardware, this is an environment with significant scale and complexity - ideal for a leader with a proven record delivering enterprise-level EUC operations and strategy.
About the Role
We’re seeking an End User Computing Manager to lead EUC operations across a distributed environment spanning Australia, India, and Singapore.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be accountable for managing a team geographically diverse, delivering seamless end-user services, patch compliance, and lifecycle management across a vast endpoint fleet.
You’ll oversee patching, asset lifecycle, escalations, and operational excellence across Windows, O365, Intune, SCCM, Jamf, iOS, and Android platforms - ensuring performance, compliance, and user satisfaction in a fast-paced business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a distributed EUC team across Australia, India, and Singapore
- Manage the lifecycle of 10,000+ endpoints (deployment through decommissioning)
- Oversee patch management, compliance, and asset lifecycle management
- Drive smooth operations across Windows, O365, Intune, SCCM, Jamf, iOS, and Android
- Manage large mobile and Apple/iOS fleets, plus RF scanners and printing infrastructure
- Drive ServiceNow processes across incidents, problems, and changes
- Partner with warehouse, DC, and corporate stakeholders to align EUC services with business needs
- Provide strategic direction and introduce automation/optimisation where possible
About You
- 5+ years in senior EUC leadership, managing 10k+ devices at enterprise scale or close to this scale
- Retail, logistics, FMCG or similar industry experience would be an advantage
- Technical expertise across Windows, O365, Intune, SCCM, ServiceNow, Jamf
- Proven experience with Apple/iOS and Android mobile fleets
- Strong knowledge of patching, compliance, and lifecycle management
- Experience leading teams across multiple geographies/time zones
- Resilient leader with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to be onsite 5 days per week in Melbourne
