About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to lead financial planning, reporting, and compliance activities. You will play a key role in ensuring financial integrity, optimising business performance, and supporting strategic decision-making as the organisation scales its operations and advances its groundbreaking projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support business growth
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, financial regulations, and internal controls
• Oversee payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations
• Partner with the CFO on financial strategy, risk management, and investment decisions
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance and operational efficiency
• Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies
• Optimise and support the organisation’s ERP systems and financial tools
• Contribute to process improvements and develop best practice financial policies

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• Professional certification such as CPA or CA (preferred)
• Strong financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis expertise
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., MYOB Advanced/Acumatica or similar)
• Exceptional organisational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently, with a strong sense of accountability and discretion
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
