As an organisation, they are committed to quality, and safety. Our client is seeking a strategic Maintenance & Reliability Manager to the lead the maintenance department based in regional Victoria.

The Role:

Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for:

• Leading the maintenance team and ensuring the maintenance plan is adhere to
• Managing the sites R&M budget
• Overseeing capital works, and contractor engagement
• Short and long term strategic direction and capability across maintenance team
• Drive continuous improvement and implement Lean/5S principles
• Ensure safety is number one priority across the site

Your Background:

• Degree or Trades qualified (mechanical or electrical background)
• Prior expereince in a leadership role within manufacturing
• Proven analytical, multi-tasking and strategy building skills
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
