$100,000 - $120,000 + Super (Pending Experience)

Our client is a market leading WA owned business within the building and construction industry. They are currently seeking to add a Senior Landscape Architect to join their Commercial Design & Construction team.

What will this position involve?
The role will allow a high level of autonomy within the company, working alongside 2 other Seniors and 2 Juniors, seeing you responsible for the below duties:

• Develop and implement a design business strategy that is in line with the company and team goals.
• Completing design fee proposals that are innovative, functional, and meet client requirements.
• Business development management to bring on more projects and build relationships with new and existing developers, architects and councils.

How can I be successful?

• 3+ years of commercial landscape architect experience.
• A Landscape Architect Degree or equivalent significant industry experience.
• AutoCad and other Adobe Products experience.
• Valid driver's licence and reliable transport.
• Full Australian working rights and available for long-term work.
