Great opportunity to join a well-established organisation based in the St George area. Due to expansion and growth, the company is looking for a strong administrator/customer service person to join their busy team.

Your new role
Your day will consist of a variety of duties including

• Handle customer enquiries via phone and email
• Process enquires
• Maintain accurate records and assist with reporting and documentation
• Support internal sales teams with coordination and communication
• Assist with events and diary management
• Data entry of stock and orders into Excel spreadsheet
• Update daily reports

What you will need to succeed

• Previous experience in customer service and administration, ideally within the sports, retail or leisure industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and time management
• Intermediate Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• A proactive team player with a positive attitude
