We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join a leading global manufacturing company. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are understood, their queries resolved, and their overall experience is positive and seamless.

The day-to-day:

• Answering product and service enquiries across phone and email, providing accurate information and solutions
• Managing complaints effectively and escalating where necessary
• Processing orders from customers and entering sales data into the SAP ERP System
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date database records
• Issuing picking slips and coordinating order fulfilment
• Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth customer service delivery
• Monitoring and updating customers on order delivery timelines
• Supporting the team with general coordination and administration

About you:

• Professional, friendly, and empathetic approach to customer service
• Strong attention to detail and fast, accurate data entry skills
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service role
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP)
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
