The Company:

Overview of the Role:
We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Fulltime Maintenance Officer to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of reactive and planned maintenance works.
Your duties will include however are not limited to:
Monitor client supplied Work Orders and ensure completion targets are met.
Undertake maintenance and project procurement using applicable software.
Management and scheduling of x12 service delivery crew.
Preparation of OHS/project documentation.
Prepare and chair Project Kick off meetings.
Undertake reporting to clients on completed works.
Review and approval of timesheets & AP Invoices.
Attend site meetings with key stakeholders when required.
Essential qualifications:
White Card.
Minimum C class driver’s licence with reliable transport.
National Police Clearance (within 3 months).
Trade Certificate (desired).
Experience:
Previous experience in a Maintenance Officer or Project Co-Ordinator role.
Computer Skills- Intermediate to Advanced.
Essential Criteria:

Excellent problem-solving, organisation, written, numeracy and communication skills.
Encourages a safe work environment with regards to the safety of self, colleagues, workers and the public.
